About Page
My name is Jack Lahti, I am a developing digital artisan trying to sell my craft. I have experience with various forms of digital art from Video Editing, Photography, Web Design, and 3D Animation. So, I created a website to share my work and called it Digital Artisans Craft shortened to DAC. I chose this name because I am a digital artisan who will work and learn from other artisans to develop and sell my crafts.As mentioned I am a developing digital artisan, so there are skills that I am still currently improving on. I am constantly working on my video editing and 3D animations, but I have recently picked up photography, web design, and audio engineering. I like learning and developing skills that complement one another. For example, I am learning audio engineering to improve my video editing, I use my video editing skills to show my 3D animations, and I made this website to showcase those edited 3D animations.I aim to continue developing myself and my work. Thank you for learning a little bit more about this website and its creator.
The Project Process
This page will help explain how a project's process might go if you are to hire me. First, there would be a lot of communication to determine how you want your product to turn out: visuals, animation shots, due date, cost, etc. Second, we would gather references on your product that you approve of and want me to create.Third, I begin modeling and texturing the product we agreed on, and I will send you progress photos so you can tell me what changes you would like to be made. Fourth, I would start animating the shots we discussed and I will send progress videos of animation shots, also allowing you to tell me what changes you would like to be made.Fifth, begins the rendering process which is pretty much the last step of the animation process, changes can be made just note that the rendering process does take time so any updates made will lengthen the process. Sixth, an optional step is for me to edit your final shots by putting the shots together and adding audio to the edit. Then the Seventh and final step would be the delivery of your project, we would go with the option that is most convenient for both parties. And that should be the whole process of how a project might go so if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Step 1: Contact
We will communicate through emails and video chats to determine the desired project. Here are a list of things that will most likely be discussed:

Step 2: Reference Gathering
We will gather references on your desired project. Various references to gather would be product labels, logos, multiple images, animation transitions, and animation shots.
Step 3: Modeling & Texturing
With the project determined and references obtained. I can begin modeling and texturing your desired product. I will send screenshots of the progress throughout this step and will make changes to the model according to your feedback.
Step 5: Rendering
Once satisfied with the rough drafts we can render out the final shots. Lastly you will review the final shots and you will determine if we need to make any final changes.
Step 6: Video & Audio Editing (Optional)
I can put your clips together and add audio to them. With this option, you will have all the unedited shots plus an edited video that I create with sound effects. This step is optional in case you want someone else to put the clips and audio together.
Step 7: Delivery
With the final improvements and rendering done the last step is the delivery of the files. We will determine the best way for you to get your video files whether it be google drive, zipped files, etc.
